At MeatEater The Store, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
